GP Services

GP services across Lothian and Edinburgh remain under severe pressure and Miles is pressing NHS Lothian and the Scottish Government do more to boost GP recruitment in the region as the area’s population continues to grow. Miles backed local constituents who campaigned successfully to secure the future of the Southside Surgery and is lobbying NHS Lothian about the future of several other GP practices facing closure or recruitment challenges.
